ANDERSON — Indiana Historical Society will present Madison County Historian Stephen Jackson with the Dorothy Riker Hoosier Historian Award at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at Ruby’s Café and Bakery, 122 W. Eighth St., Anderson.
