Betty Lee Keffer 82, Lapel, died on Sunday, March 25, 2012, at her home. She was born on August 25, 1929, in Greentown, Ind. to Harry and Frauline (Lyons) Miller.

She is survived by her children; Kim (Bruce) Wolfe, Dan Keffer, Carol Dehart, and Barry (Teresa) Retherford all of Lapel; sister-in-law, Inez Palmer of Pendleton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Harry and Frauline (Lyons) Miller; her husband, Ethan Allen Keffer; and siblings, Patty Joanne, Dick, Jackie, Susie, and Nicki.

The funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2012, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Chaplain Rob Mifflin officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at the funeral home.
