Robert G. Warfield, Jr., 94, of Fortville, died on Feb. 22, 2012. Robert was born in Chicago, on Sept. 26, 1917. He was the son of Robert G. Warfield, Sr. and Marjorie (Teall) Warfield.

He was preceded in death by Jeanne, his wonderful wife of 58 years; his son Robert G. Warfield, III; sister Patricia W. Wasem; and brother Donald K. Warfield.

He is survived by his daughter Barbara W. Ragland of Pendleton; grandson Robert C. Hibbs of Fortville; granddaughter Carol Skaggs and grandson-in-law William Skaggs, of Fortville; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, at 7 p.m. at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Private family burial will be held at a later date at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
