LAPEL — Lapel Village Fair delivered on its promise of a quintessential small-town celebration, with food, live music, vendors and, of course, a parade.
“The 2024 Village Fair was a big success,” organizers posted on social media following the Friday, July 12, and Saturday, July 13, event.

Other events included a fish fry, hot air balloon rides, street dance, car show, and a Saturday morning 5K and fun run.
Lapel Community Association, which organizes the event, posted thanks to volunteers, as well as town departments and employees, for their help.
“And lastly and certainly not least — a huge THANK YOU to every single one of you that came from far and near to enjoy Lapel’s greatest tradition!”
