Holcomb makes appointments to boards and commissions

INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Eric J. Holcomb announced dozens of appointments to various state boards and commissions last week. The following are those that involve local residents.
Board of Trustees of Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana
Four reappointments to the board, who will serve until June 30, 2027, plus one new appointment — Kyle Hupfer of Pendleton, partner at Taft, who will serve until June 30, 2027:
Commission for Higher Education
Two reappointments to the commission, who will serve until June 30, 2028, plus five new appointments to the commission, including Kent Kramer of Pendleton, president and CEO of Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, who will serve until June 30, 2025
Indiana Standardbred Advisory Board
Four reappointments to the board, who will serve until June 30, 2027, including Dwayne Rhule of Pendleton, retired, plus one new appointment who will serve until June 30, 2027:
Standardbred Breed Development Advisory Committee
One reappointment to the committee, who will serve until June 30, 2028, Joe Putnam of Pendleton, representing horseman, plus two new appointments to the committee, who will serve until June 30, 2028, including Brett Wilfong of Pendleton, representing horseman.
